Healing doesn’t always require pushing harder. In this session, you’ll learn to let go of stored stress, emotional weight, and self-judgment in a safe, supported way. We create space for relief by softening internal resistance and allowing emotions to move through — not stay trapped.
You’ll Experience:
- Guided emotional release techniques to safely let go of built-up tension and heaviness.
- Breathwork & gentle movement (inspired by aerial yoga & somatic unwinding) to free suppressed emotions.
- Tools to replace internal pressure with self-compassion, breaking the cycle of “pushing” to feel better.
