RESET with Razan™ is a transformational 5-session coaching experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release trapped emotions, and reclaim clarity and peace — so you can move forward with confidence and calm.
Through a powerful blend of mindset coaching, nervous system healing, somatic (body-based) practices, and gentle emotional release, you’ll experience a true reset — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Intro Session — Mapping the Reset
Laying the foundation for your transformation.
We’ll take a deep look at your current mental and emotional patterns, understand your nervous system’s state, and map what’s keeping you stuck.
You’ll leave this session with a clear plan for your personal reset journey.

Session 1: R — Reconnect
Begin your journey by creating a sense of safety and presence within. In this session, we’ll gently guide your body and mind out of survival mode, helping you reconnect with your breath, your inner voice, and the calm that’s already inside you.


Session 2: E — Energy
Once you’ve reconnected with yourself, it’s time to create mental and emotional space. In this session, we’ll gently release the fog and limiting beliefs that have kept you in survival mode — helping you shift into an expansive state where peace, creativity, and new possibilities can thrive.


Session 3: S — Soften
Healing doesn’t always require pushing harder. In this session, you’ll learn to let go of stored stress, emotional weight, and self-judgment in a safe, supported way. We create space for relief by softening internal resistance and allowing emotions to move through — not stay trapped.


Session 4: E — Elevate
Lasting change happens when your mind and body move together. In this session, you’ll integrate your breakthroughs into your nervous system and daily rhythms, so your new sense of peace and clarity becomes a natural way of living — not just something you feel during sessions.


Session 5: T — Thrive
Your reset is complete — now it’s time to fully live from your new state of calm and clarity. In this session, we integrate everything you’ve learned and create a personalized Thrive Plan™ so you can confidently move forward, maintain your emotional balance, and keep growing without slipping back into overwhelm.
